Description:
Hot-laminated films have an extruded coated surface with low-temperature molten resin that can be laminated onto paper products by heat and pressure. Various surface treatments add value to printed surfaces. The glossy BOPP thermal laminated film provides a shiny colored finish. Its use can enhance the appearance and extend the life of all laminators.
A combination of good performance characteristics and low price point make BOPP thermal laminating films ideal for all kinds of printed & unprinted paper and paper boards, including book covers, cosmetics packaging, magazines, documents, shopping bags, Diaries, maps etc.

Special Instruction:
1. It is recommended that NEI smooth biaxially oriented polypropylene thermal laminate film be laminated at a roller temperature range of 85 to 110°C and a roll press of 10 to 20 Mpa. However, the optimal conditions depend on the speed and dimensional stability of the selected laminator.
2. It is advised that the printed surface is well dried before lamination and cools sufficiently one surface before laminating to other surface.
