Description:
The hot pressed composite film has an extruded coating surface of low-temperature molten resin, which is laminated onto paper products through hot pressing. Various surface treatments can increase the value of printed surfaces.
The glossy BOPP hot press film provides a flash colored finish. Its use can improve the appearance of all laminated printing materials and extend their service life. Matte BOPP hot press film provides a matte finish on the surface of printed materials to prevent fingerprints and stains. Matte film can be stored for a longer time than glossy hot pressed film.

6. Wide adaptability: widely applicable to different types of SMT machines, including wet and dry SMT machines. If using a wet laminating machine, only minor adjustments need to be made to the machine.

Special Instruction:
1. It is recommended to composite the NEI BOPP hot pressed film under roller temperature of 85-110 ℃ and roller pressure of 10-20 Mpa. However, the optimal conditions depend on the speed and dimensional stability of the selected laminating machine.
2.It is recommended to thoroughly dry the printed surface before lamination and thoroughly cool one surface before laminating onto other surfaces.
