Description:
The glossy PET hot pressed film has excellent clarity and processability in various mechanical applications. Its surface has a certain degree of wear resistance and good stiffness, making it widely used in various printing, packaging, and media, such as wine boxes, exhibitions, trade displays, photos, and albums. The film surface after lamination is suitable for on-site UV and screen printing.

Special Instruction:
1. It is recommended to use a composite process with a roller temperature of 85-110 ℃ and a roller pressure of 10-20 Mpa for the NEI smooth PET hot laminated film. However, the optimal conditions depend on the speed and dimensional stability of the selected laminating machine.
2. It is advised that the printed surface is well dried before lamination and cools sufficiently one surface before laminating to other surface.
