Description:
The scratch resistant (wear resistant) hot press film has a top coating, a wear-resistant matte BOPP finish, and an additional matte appearance. The matte surface has a high dyne level for coatings, hot stamping, and UC ink. It avoids the slight scratches that typically occur on the surface of a matte laminated film.
At present, it has been widely used in the custom packaging industry, as well as various high-quality customized graphic solutions for high-end book covers, hardcover books, book covers, corporate brochures, product brands, and more. It is an ideal luxury packaging that is excellent for any product that requires high wear resistance to increase value in printing.

Special Instruction:
1. NEI anti-scratch thermal lamination film is suggested to be laminated with the roller temperature range of 85 to 110°C and roller pressure of 10 to 20 Mpa. However, the optimum conditions are depending on the selected laminator’s speed and dimensional stability.
2. It is recommended that the printed surface be thoroughly dried before lamination and cooled thoroughly on one surface before laminating onto other surfaces. Not following these suggestions is likely to lead to premature stratification.
3. This film has an extra matt finish, so we recommend handling it with cotton gloves or at least with washed and cleaned bare hands.
