Application:
The glossy PET hot pressed film has excellent clarity and processability in various mechanical applications. Its surface has a certain degree of wear resistance and good stiffness, making it widely used in various printing, packaging, and media, such as wine boxes, exhibitions, trade displays, photos, and albums. The film surface after lamination is suitable for on-site UV and screen printing.
Special Application:
22 micron PET thermal lamination film can be used to laminated on the lefthand sides of blank lecture note sheets in order to protect paper from damages or being tored. Blank lecture note sheets are widely used in oversea high shcools and universities.

Special Instruction:
1. It is recommended to use a composite process with a roller temperature of 85-110 ℃ and a roller pressure of 10-20 Mpa for the NEI smooth PET hot laminated film. However, the optimal conditions depend on the speed and dimensional stability of the selected laminating machine.
2. It is recommended to dry the printed surface thoroughly before laminating and cool one surface thoroughly before laminating onto other surfaces.
